Step 1: Getting started
Get in touch by pressing the button below.
We will organize a call so we can get to know you, talk about what you are looking for in a gym.
We will figure out if you are best suited for classes, personal training or open gym.
Step 2: Assessment
Schedule your assessment. Come in see the studio, chat in depth about your goals and do a movement assessment.
This will be a chance to get a feel for the trainers and the training. Decide if we are right for eachother with no pressure or commitments.
Your movement assessment will be used to create the perfect program for you.
Step 3: Start Training
Time to move! We created a plan, now it’s time to start working towards those goals.
Don’t worry about jumping right in, there is no commitments, and we offer a money back guarantee on our unlimited membership if you are not satisfied in your first 14 days.

Personal Training Prices
Personal training packages depend on the level of trainer that you work with and the amount of sessions you do in a month. Sessions are priced between $90 - $150/session
